Chirale is the service provider selected by CNA Roma and Rome's Chamber of Commerce to deliver consultancy to Artistic Craft businesses. Find out how to access our service for free.
Chirale is the Service Provider selected for the Digital Audit Project, an initiative of CNA Roma, with the contribution of the Rome Chamber of Commerce, thanks to which traditional artisan businesses in the Metropolitan Area can access FREE OF CHARGE a qualified consultancy service to assess their level of digital presence and competitiveness.
In particular, artisans will receive guidance and suggestions for setting up an innovation plan that improves the use of digital tools for their business.
The service will be delivered by a team of consultants, identified and selected within our Network among the leading experts in digital innovation in micro and small enterprises.
Through a visit to the artisan’s operational headquarters and a dedicated interview, market opportunities, risks and weaknesses in the promotion and communication of their know-how will be identified.
Within a few days, with the support of sector studies and market analysis, the consultancy team will produce a written report. A useful document indicating the critical issues identified, any innovation needs and a possible action plan, including budget and information on support measures and tax and financial concessions, which can also be accessed through CNA di Roma.
During the preparatory phase of this important project, we worked intensively to gather data and market analysis and to develop a consultancy methodology, focused on the needs of small businesses in the Artistic Craft sector, which will allow us to quickly assess the opportunities that new digital technologies can offer to a sector that represents an excellence of our territory.
How to make the company more efficient by intervening on design and production processes without losing the values of artisan workmanship, how to use digital technologies to create innovative packaging, how to use the Web and social networks to increase the company’s visibility and increase sales, how to expand its market and how to reach new customers through modern management of logistics and distribution processes, are some of the topics that will be the subject of the consultancy.
The aim of the consultancy will be to deliver to the artisan business an operational plan indicating the actions to be taken and how to access the numerous support measures envisaged by the PNRR, which represents a great opportunity to fund their development with non-repayable grants.
