W-O-M-A-N, photographic installation by the MOMENTA collective at FabLab Ostiense
A free event not to be missed, celebrating the return of live events without time limits with an original and spectacular journey dedicated to the female portrait.
On Thursday 24 June, starting at 7:00 p.m., FabLab Ostiense will host the opening event of the W-O-M-A-N photographic exhibition-installation by the MOMENTA collective, curated by Spazio Chirale.
In the shadow of the great Gasometer, the Momenta Photography Collective will recount, in a spectacular and evocative way, its work dedicated to the female portrait carried out between 2020 and 2021 in our spaces, repurposed as a photographic set.
It will be an unconventional exhibition-installation curated by Spazio Chirale, which will use both the exterior and interior spaces of the largest Italian laboratory dedicated to experimentation with new technologies — set in the middle of the industrial archaeology area of the former San Paolo Gas Factory, with a breathtaking view of the disused infrastructures.
Admission is free and the public will be admitted from 7:00 p.m.
During the event, Electronic Music performances will be staged by the Metadiapason collective, and the famous winery Casale del Giglio will offer a tasting of selected wines.
The wide spaces of our Campus allow the public to be present in total safety, and it will be a unique opportunity to celebrate the return of live events without time limits. Registration is recommended at this link.
